APC Integrated is a technology services company providing IT, cybersecurity, cloud, communications, artificial intelligence, automation, consulting, and related technology solutions to businesses and organizations.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • IT support and help desk services
  • Cybersecurity services
  • Network infrastructure and management
  • Microsoft 365 and cloud services
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Voice and communications solutions
  • Artificial intelligence consulting
  • AI agents and business process automation
  • Microsoft Copilot deployment and adoption
  • Private AI solutions
  • Technology consulting and virtual CIO services
  • Website, hosting, development, and related technology services

The availability, scope, and pricing of individual services may vary and may be subject to a separate written agreement.

2. Website Use

Specific responsibilities, service levels, limitations, exclusions, and security obligations relating to managed services or other contracted services will be defined in the applicable agreement between APC Integrated and the customer.

5. Artificial Intelligence Services

APC Integrated may provide artificial intelligence consulting, AI agents, automation, Microsoft Copilot services, private AI solutions, AI integrations, and related technology services.

Artificial intelligence systems may generate inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or incorrect results.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying upon it for significant business, financial, employment, legal, medical, compliance, security, or operational decisions.

AI services may rely upon third-party platforms, models, APIs, software, or cloud providers. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.

APC Integrated does not guarantee that AI-generated output will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Third-Party Products and Services

APC Integrated may recommend, resell, configure, support, integrate, or administer products and services provided by third parties.

These may include hardware manufacturers, software vendors, telecommunications providers, cloud providers, cybersecurity vendors, artificial intelligence providers, and other technology companies.

Third-party products and services may be subject to separate license agreements, subscription terms, privacy policies, warranties, and usage restrictions established by the applicable provider.

APC Integrated is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers to their products, pricing, functionality, availability, policies, or terms.

7. Quotes, Proposals, and Pricing

Pricing displayed or discussed on our website or in preliminary communications is not binding unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Formal pricing may be provided through a proposal, quote, order form, service agreement, statement of work, or other written document.

Prices may change due to vendor pricing, licensing costs, hardware availability, taxes, shipping costs, regulatory fees, telecommunications charges, or changes in project requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the APC Integrated website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, images, documentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to APC Integrated and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Electronic Communications

When you contact APC Integrated by email, website form, telephone, support system, or other electronic communication method, you consent to receiving responses related to your inquiry or business relationship through appropriate communication channels.

Consent to ordinary business communications does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

SMS consent is obtained separately as described below.

12. APC Integrated Customer Care SMS Program

APC Integrated may provide SMS/text messaging as a customer-care communication option for customers, prospects, and individuals who specifically request information or assistance by text message.

SMS Consent

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages from APC Integrated.

Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained separately and voluntarily.

Consumers may opt in to receive text messages from APC Integrated by providing explicit consent during an interaction with APC Integrated, including during a telephone conversation.

For example, if a caller requests IT-related information, service information, appointment information, support information, or other information from APC Integrated, an APC Integrated representative or automated system may ask whether the caller would like the requested information sent by text message.

A text message will only be sent after the consumer affirmatively agrees to receive the requested information by SMS.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Types of SMS Messages

SMS messages from APC Integrated may include:

  • IT service information;
  • Customer support information;
  • Help desk or service updates;
  • Appointment information;
  • Requested contact information;
  • Technology consultation information;
  • Requested service summaries;
  • Scheduling or follow-up information;
  • Service notifications;
  • Information specifically requested by the recipient;
  • Other customer-care communications related to an existing inquiry or business relationship.

APC Integrated does not use its customer-care SMS program to send unsolicited text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions with APC Integrated.

Messages are generally sent in response to customer-initiated inquiries, service requests, appointments, support matters, or other requested communications.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from APC Integrated at any time by replying STOP.

After receiving a valid STOP request, APC Integrated will stop sending SMS messages through the applicable SMS program unless you subsequently provide new consent.

SMS Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Support Communications

Customers with an active service relationship with APC Integrated may receive operational communications related to their services, including support ticket notifications, service status information, project communications, maintenance information, security notices, licensing information, scheduling communications, and account-related correspondence.

Communication methods may include email, telephone, service portals, collaboration systems, or other agreed-upon business communication methods.

14. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Services

APC Integrated makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable services.

However, technology services may be interrupted by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Internet or telecommunications outages;
  • Cloud provider outages;
  • Software or hardware failures;
  • Cybersecurity incidents;
  • Third-party vendor outages;
  • Power failures;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Maintenance activities;
  • Changes made by software or cloud providers;
  • Other circumstances beyond APC Integrated’s reasonable control.

Service-level commitments, where applicable, will be governed by the applicable service agreement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APC Integrated will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance upon general information provided through the website.

Liability relating to paid services provided by APC Integrated will be governed by the applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, managed services agreement, or other written contract.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to use APC Integrated’s website and services lawfully and responsibly.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold APC Integrated harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or misuse of APC Integrated systems or services.

Contracted customers may be subject to separate indemnification provisions contained in their applicable service agreements.

Changes to separately executed customer agreements will be governed by the amendment provisions contained in those agreements.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes arising solely from use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Massachusetts, except where otherwise required by law or governed by a separate written agreement.
