Normally a success story is about overcoming great obstacles, turning around a difficult situation, or finding a solution to a challenging problem. This story is none of those things. Instead, APC Integrated is very proud of the on-going smooth sailing operations of many clients where pitfalls are always avoided. Sometimes this is attributed to good communication between our customers’ employees and APC engineers but often it is due to the upfront planning of solid procedures to address client business operations.
One of APC’s accounts like this has numerous locations throughout New England, and because they provide programs for children, as a managed services provider we understand their concerns are similar to those of healthcare providers. With both healthcare organizations and schools being a primary focus for APC Integrated, all the provisioning of hardware, software and services needed, along with on-boarding , off-boarding, and HelpDesk Support come with great proficiency and understanding of the customer’s needs. At a recent event, one of the organizations VP’s told APC how happy they are that we keep things on-track, saying “I can’t think of a single issue we’ve needed to call you for outside of password resets.” This is how we know customers are getting value for their dollar. Since everyone has computers and computers always have problems, being proactive at preventing problems is money well spent.
